This month, our classrooms are filled with delightful fragrances. Our teachers are guiding the children into the world of “Flower Picking and Grass Playing,” using the elegant scent of lilies to spark the children’s exploration of their five senses. ✨
🌿 Five Senses and Cognition: Through touching the flower petals and smelling the floral scents, the children connect with the concept of seasonal flowers for each of the 12 months in our “Flower Journal,” igniting their sense of wonder about nature.
🎨 Fine Motor Skills: In our “Creative Watercolor Flowers” activity, the children practice their fine motor skills by tearing paper and using water to blend tissue paper, creating unique flowers through the transformation of colors.
🧩 Creative Extensions: Inspired by the artistic atmosphere, the children spontaneously use magnetic tiles to build three-dimensional flowers in their minds.
Through this hands-on experience from senses to fingertips, the children not only practice their gripping and control of small muscles but also, amidst the fragrance of flowers, experience the pure beauty of combining colors and creativity. 🌷
