The soft, white dough is kneaded and rolled in the children’s small hands, slowly transforming into round little Tangyuan. Some are rolled big, while others are small, each one filled with the children’s bright smiles and focused expressions.
During the process of making Tangyuan, children practice their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, while also learning the virtues of patience and sharing.
