“Touch and Feel Time Week”
This week, we will accompany our little ones in exploring sensory and motor development through diverse and gentle activities. The activities include sitting, lying down, and tummy time practices, allowing children to feel the stability of their bodies being supported in a safe environment while practicing head lifting, support, and body control. We will also use tactile teaching materials of different textures to guide the little ones to touch, grasp, and explore with their tiny hands, stimulating their tactile senses and accumulating hands-on experience. Additionally, we have incorporated a footprint creation activity, allowing the children to physically feel the texture of the paint with their feet, leaving behind their own little marks as they stomp. This is not only a sensory stimulation experience but also a precious moment capturing the children’s growth. Throughout the process, teachers will be by their side, providing immediate responses and encouragement, allowing the little ones to explore freely in a state of comfort and relaxation, showcasing their focus, curiosity, and adorable expressions.
